The Friday Harbor Irish Music Camp was founded in 2002 by Randal Bays and Dan Paulson, who are co-directors of the camp. The camp is held on beautiful San Juan Island, Washington and features music classes, concerts, dances, sessions, and carrying on, in the spirit of Co. Clare's "Willie Week". It's in a lovely setting, right by the water with a view of Friday Harbor and the ferry boats. The town has been very hospitable to us and has been a great place for sessions. Thanks to all our staff and students for a great camp last year. We hope to see you all again in March, 2008.

The camp is located about a half mile from Friday Harbor, in the woods right down by the water. It's a beautiful place to leave the worries of the world behind and immerse yourself in great Irish music. [Click here to hear the ferry whistle]

Lodging is in a variety of cabins and dorm-type rooms, and most meals will be served in the camp dining hall. Concerts, sessions and dances will take place in Friday Harbor, just a half mile or so from the camp.
